In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers. In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”. Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo. Type printui.exe /s and click OK.

What we normally do is print directly to the printer by moving the parallel cable to the PC which needs to print now. The color cart just says "Color" on the box and on the sticker on the cart. I assume its using 3 colors. As for the protective tape, I did NOT remove any protective tape.

A Google search seems to suggest there's an on/off setting somewhere, but I'm unable to locate it. The margin settings are greyed out in Windows which points back to the printer. I'm trying to print thank you cards and the design needs to at least come close to the edge of the page. As it is, the top has a .5" border and the bottom a .75" border.
